Technical Project Manager, Customer Engineering

About the Role
You will own the operating rhythm for customer-facing technical delivery at KAVIA. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, engineering coordination, and execution management.
Responsibilities
- Own execution for technical initiatives such as onboarding, integrations, workflow adoption, rollout planning, and delivery coordination
- Translate ambiguity into clear execution artifacts, including scope, milestones, owners, acceptance criteria, timelines, and definition of done
- Run a strong delivery cadence across Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub, including weekly status, risk tracking, dependency follow-up, and action closure
- Surface risks early, drive escalation when needed, and propose concrete options to unblock progress
- Improve release readiness through lightweight quality gates, readiness checks, and better sequencing across teams
- Strengthen delivery processes through templates, checklists, dashboards, retrospectives, and clearer handoffs
- Keep internal and customer-facing status updates accurate, specific, and action-oriented
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in technical project management, engineering program management, delivery management, or technical operations
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, or technical services environments
- Strong ability to drive outcomes without formal authority
- Excellent written communication and strong operational discipline
- Comfort working across engineering and customer stakeholders
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer engineering, implementation, solutions delivery, or professional services for software products
- Experience supporting production SaaS or enterprise software releases
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, incident follow-ups, or post-release issue management
