Technical Project Manager, Customer Engineering

About the Role

You will own the operating rhythm for customer-facing technical delivery at KAVIA. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, engineering coordination, and execution management.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution for technical initiatives such as onboarding, integrations, workflow adoption, rollout planning, and delivery coordination
  • Translate ambiguity into clear execution artifacts, including scope, milestones, owners, acceptance criteria, timelines, and definition of done
  • Run a strong delivery cadence across Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub, including weekly status, risk tracking, dependency follow-up, and action closure
  • Surface risks early, drive escalation when needed, and propose concrete options to unblock progress
  • Improve release readiness through lightweight quality gates, readiness checks, and better sequencing across teams
  • Strengthen delivery processes through templates, checklists, dashboards, retrospectives, and clearer handoffs
  • Keep internal and customer-facing status updates accurate, specific, and action-oriented

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical project management, engineering program management, delivery management, or technical operations
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, or technical services environments
  • Strong ability to drive outcomes without formal authority
  • Excellent written communication and strong operational discipline
  • Comfort working across engineering and customer stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer engineering, implementation, solutions delivery, or professional services for software products
  • Experience supporting production SaaS or enterprise software releases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, incident follow-ups, or post-release issue management
